it's time for me to stop lurking... back in the Arborwood days I knew many of the longtimers, some who still post here. 

So what does the settlement mean?  How much of a haircut did they accept, and what will it mean for us in the Gowlings proceedings? 

Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends and fellow martyrs in the KRY world.  I will *never* invest in a company that ends in "EX" again :)
