Kry Chaser, you are making assumptions that are not correct. Not sure if it is because you are new here or just misinterpreting what you are reading. Gowling represents the AD Hoc committee as we all know. The opt in are getting the same representation through the committee. The only difference is Gowling only takes direction from the committee. 

You are correct that those shareholders who have not opted in are being represented by FUNG and the board. All I can say is that if some shareholders want FUNG to represent them and continue with the excellent job he has done so far, good luck to them.

There is only ONE shareholder committee. Suggesting otherwise is sending incorrect information and the question is why?

Since you only joined the board 9 days ago I assume you have been here under a different name prior. We have had a bunch of new activity recently which I doubt is coincidental.
