Good explaination but there is only 1 shareholder committee. It is easy to get sucked in to some posts.

There is only 1 Crystallex but I see multiple lawyers being used.

An attempt to misdirect by some new posters.

Shareholders need to stick together more than ever now. I certainly don't trust Fung to speak for me.
