I'm new here and have read many posts. The only way shareholders will see any value immediatly is by somehow uniting and getting Crystallex Management to get the shares trading again. There are many "bets" that will make it worthwhile for investors to either buy or sell.
There is much uncertainty as to the payout schedule, if they pay & the need for litigation again, DIP lender giving a hard time keeping money in "escrow" until they fight for the 70% payout they are due, which is being contested and the uncertainty of the ruling, which we may not see for a very long time until all other "hundreds of billions of dollar claims are settled or spoken for".
So, someone who feels this may all go really well, may actually buy shares, i.e. possibly Tenor (greedy pigs that they are), someone who may think the agreement gives some claim to possible ownership to the mine, i.e same deal as GRZ - there can be so many other things we have no clue about. Those that want to sell, may want out now at a discounted price & stop following this nonsense after all these years!!
Otherwise, this will still take more time than you all think. Just my opinion -
Yours, a humble investor
