Nice to see you back to throwing the opt ins and Gowling under the bus again instead of the off topic posts.

I too would like to see us exit CCAA as soon as possible.

Problem for me is Fung and Tenor.

History has show us that until the company is disbanded and assets are dispursed they will continue to bleed shareholders as much as possible. Without the opt ins and Gowling we would be opening an empty box years from now when management gets done with us.

As I said before, I need more details to know how this affects shareholders regarding the timeframe and amount.
