Bottom line to me is opting in was our opportunity to hire a lawyer to fight for a fair shake in this beat down mess. Most here have opted in and the % of the deal presented was ok with me. I feel Fung and company would have taken our share to zero so this is a good opportunity for shareholders to get a say in this. I personally don't see how opt-ins can get more than those that don't but time will tell. I'm willing give a cut of my potential to fight this.
