Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I'm not interested in going through the step by step because it means people would have had to read all the court documents and determine for themselves what they mean and how they will apply. My opinion is also based on conversations and communications with more knowledge about what is happening than I do.
To clarify what I posted and your response. I did not say the stock would be traded even though it might at some point. I said Tenor will try and aquire as many shares as possible when our shares become available to be bought.
I was asked and reluctantly answered with my opinion on the below question. As I stated, my price is above $2.25 a share. When Tenor comes knocking everyone will have to decide what is right for them. If some want to sell at .25, .50, $1.00 or whatever that is up to them. It isn't my place to tell anyone what they should do. I'm simply answering the question I was asked.
in your opinion, trying to be as realistic as possible and given the facts known to date, what could be the value recognized, per share, for Crystallex shareholders?
