I choose to use the 6 month average as outlined in the ISCID awatd on Page 263.

d) above at the rate of the 6-month average U.S. Dollar LIBOR + 1%, compounded annually

I also interperted the rate to be adjusted each year to the actual 6 month average.

Either way we are not talking about a small figure. We will know for sure when the special master has to come up with a figure to know how many Citgo shares need to be sold to satisfy the court to what is owed.
