Judge Starks court is there for the auction to obtain payment for Crystallex. Hopefully it will be the right amount as Adelso has laid out. If Crystallex settles with VZ then the case is over. Either way the money Crystallex gets is then handled by Judge Silversteins court to make sure it is properly distributed by Crystallex.
