I'm no lawyer either but I see it differently. I see it as these other creditors have to potential to get payment should Citgo be auctioned to pay Crystallex. This is Crystallexs lawsuit and they must be made whole either through a settlement or by recieving funds from the Citgo auction. If Crystallex recieves a settlement they would drop their court case. None of the others have a complted writ at this point as far as I know and I'm not sure how that would affect the case.

I guess time will tell.
