Well, the sales process is still a go and the winner will be determined on July 31.  Presumably it will be publicized.  Then there are several weeks for objections then replies to the objections.

The actual sale is a different story.  I think if Maduro loses, the OFAC will have a hard time allowing Citgo to be sold since the US doesn't want to punish the new government or the Venezuelan people.

If Maduro wins I think there's a more reasonable case for OFAC to grant the license the buyer of Citgo will need to take control.
