It won't be publicized. If the opposition wins, OFAC may get involved to help save Citgo but it won't stop KRY from getting paid. They will settle with KRY and the rest will be left in limbo.

Either way we get paid. The only question is will it be the right amount or what Fung said it was. We just need to sit back for a bit and wait to see what happens with AA's request that Stark reconsider his motion to collect the right amount.
