Bingo.. This makes total sense ... but the Treasury or State Dept oftentimes dont make sense. Just take a look at their past punisments , for example 

 i.e. , all of this stuff is for the benefit of rich people , which has been clearly evident for 15 years ...

I was going over posts from 2006 that I had printed out in 2006  .Lots of talk of "venture  capitalists " , and how they are our opponent , etc etc .. Same capitalists now, but Shareholders have died off .,and maybe the shares too.. But.  it is clear that we are in a much better position than 2 years ago
