Getting the money into Silversteins court is only the first step. As shareholders we need to continue to stick together and let the court know about what Fung and Tenor have done to us. If we stick together I believe we will get a much better offer from KRY and Tenor because they don't want what they did to be put before the court. If the court were to allow Mr. Adelso's request for a trustee to look into the financials it would be a disaster for both KRY directors as well as Tenor.

The end date keeps moving but eventually (months not years) we will have a resolution.
