There is also a practical side to the need to give some closure to this long-running saga: Judge Stark allowed this case to become the cunnundrum it is today by allowing the additional judgement creditors to jump on KRY's collection bandwagon. It has taken at least two years longer than necessary at a cost that must be close to $10 million in fees to the Special Master, legal counsel, etc. involved with the auction process; not counting the expense incurred internally by the judgement creditors. On top of this, Judge Stark was appointed to the Third Circuit over a year ago and still has a foot in Delaware and the other in Pensylvania. It should not take long before it becomes a drag on his Circuit Judge reposnsibilities.

Therefore, closing this chapter cannot take much longer before it becomes a heavy drag on Judge Stark's career.
