To my memory, we the general shareholders cannot join the ad hoc committee. The members are a goup of about 5 major common shareholders. Gowling was their lawyer. Gowling, when they were soliciting our support, made it very clear that Gowling did not support the general shareholder.  We do not have any specific representation. There are 450M shareholders of KRY out there.
