It had nothing to do with not wanting the Little People as you put it. I believe it had to do with the structure that was needed since the Canadian court sided with Fung and wouldn't allow us an opt out class action status. The Canadian Judge who I believe was hired by KRY after he retired from the bench felt Fung and KRY was doing just fine representing us. 

Luckily for us the US court system works different. Adelso and the committee have been working for all shareholders and continue to do so. Without Adelso and Justin we would have been sunk a long time ago.

The rejection by the Supreme Court of the Purdue Pharma settlement that would have shielded the Sackler family from civil lawsuits gives me hope that Fung and his cronies will eventually face justice for what they did to shareholders.
