As it says Elliott is a vulture fund and recommended by Pincus.

If GRZ does not win during the Topping-up period, GRZ goes to down $2.00. I am sure GRZ will will remake their bid to drive the price up, hoping to a range, GRZ gets included in the payout because it is in 7th place.
