GRZ was the high bidder (over $8 billion) before Pincus excluded them and chose the lower Elliott offer.

How much more would they have to bid to be selected in the next round? Would they necessarily know what that amount is? Maybe their previous bid was the highest they'll go.

This is unlike any auction I'd ever seen.
