This is all speculation without knowing the actual bid. GRZ can say they were the highest bidder but without knowing how much was in kind with their debt owing it may not have been the highest. Or maybe getting everything they were owed somehow causes number 6 on the list to be less than whole. These are just examples and speculation. Maybe Pincus had a finanial incintive to pick Elliot. None of us will ever know until everything is unsealed.
