It is interesting to read this patent issue.

But it will take more than a vague email to convince me that we have a squeletton in the closet.

For starts, the Restec Mk 10 windmill is not ,I repeat not the same windmill as the described windtech patent #5,366,342 but an IMPROVED version with much better specs.

Also,patent  # 5,366,342 as  checked was filed Aug 13,1992 to Richard Sutz and awarded Nov 22,1994 .
