This was shortly after Sutz lost his patent rights to this windmill when Windtech filed the lawsuit against Restec. That is why Sutz was attempting to obtain a foreign country to try and market these things, because he couldn't do it in the US. The news releases today, are in line with the same information that was being disseminated over 10 years ago. I'm not trying to burst your bubble here, but Marty I have researched Dakshidin at great length, as well as Restec, and have spoken with the folks and Windtech, the actual patent holder of this windmill, and in my personal opinion, I don't believe you will ever see DKSC producing these things in any great enormity as they have claimed.
