DnC Multimedia, Inc. (“DnC”) is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of digital media technology products, including portable media players (e.g. mp3 audio, video, etc.), high-end encoding technology, and creative software. DnC was formed by a merger of DnC Tech, Inc. of South Korea and Pluginz, Inc. of Palo Alto, California to take advantage of certain technology, market and geographic synergies between the companies. The Company is now headquartered in Palo Alto, California and maintains engineering and R&D facilities in Seoul, South Korea.

DNC’s Korean operation has some of the most sophisticated multimedia technology and portable media devices in the world, some of which are private-labeled by such companies as Microsoft, Samsung, LG, and Napster. Additionally, the Company’s Pluginz ecommerce operation brings a very sophisticated marketplace for multimedia technology to the combined company, with its network of websites (the “Pluginz Network”, www.pluginz.net) hosting the largest catalog of media-creation software in the world and a partnership with Adobe.

Portable Media Devices
Our portable media players are among the highest rated in the consumer market, and are sold in the U.S. and Europe through leading retail chain stores such as Best Buy and Dixons. We design and manufacture many of our media players for such companies as Sandisk, Napster, and as private label products for leading global retail chain stores. DnC has developed multimedia consumer electronics products for such companies as Sony, Samsung, Aiwa, LG, SK Telecom, SanDisk, and others. DnC has licensed digital technology to Microsoft, OKI Electronics, Samsung and others and is one of few companies in the world to develop portable devices enabled to access the new Sideshow feature in PCs that run Microsoft’s Windows Vista operating system (in cooperation with Microsoft and nVidia). Sideshow enables files on a Windows Vista-enabled PC to be accessed by a portable device via Bluetooth even when the PC is turned off and has no access to AC/DC power.

Pluginz, Inc. (subsidiary)
Pluginz, Inc. is both an online community and a software distributor that provides digital plugins and tools to digital artists. We are building a community that unites both users and developers and provides the information, products, services, and feedback necessary to help choose the correct tools for the tasks at hand.
