It could be anyone, but I wonder if it has to do with the fact that it's a penny stock now and trading near its bottom range. That would make it attractive to speculators. We have to not only keep in mind why is someone buying at 0.17 (pretty obvious), but also why is someone selling at 0.17? Or is it just a few individuals buying and selling and earning a living at the margins?
