This leads to another question that if his heart and mind and soul are not in Duran and moved on to MMI, then why would he not step down now and get a transition under way. October is a long way off and if he has no useful participation (by your statement), then would it not be in all our interests (including his) to step aside ... Very much like a sports team that changes the coach or general manger , it can often be an opportunity to re-energize and revitalize! I certainly do not wish to see another power struggle as before, and think this should take place voluntarily and judiciously.

If am pleased to hear that he is focused on MMI and would expect new information and news in that regard will be forthcoming.
