Banging this out quick before I head to work but....
I came up with 150 MIL tonnes back of the napkin, assuming a specific gravity of 4.3, which is questionnable and assuming dimension of 250x350x400m depth. So I guess my napkin is ballpark with the figures you provided.
And yeah, I do not undestand their reasoning to spread themselves out so thinly into Pasacancha. - And why they did not raise $10 MIL @ $1.00 when they realized what they had is also beyond me. Option the thing out, and let someone else do the work for now, IMO. Expand the existing copper deposit, to a 43-101, whatever - advance it for sale.
Perhaps I will have to just get down and dirty and inhale that chunk at 0.125.... what the hell is that TD seller thinking? Hopefully some more 10.5/11 asks appear on Monday. Gimme gimme gimme. I would like to nail down around 500,000 at these levels, then go to sleep for 6 months. Zzzzz........
