Seems to me this would be looked at as a positive, correct me if I'm wrong. At least we know he can't be one of those selling at the moment. He's stuck with the rest of us, but why do others on this board want the CTO to be lifted???? I myself am in too heavy to sell at these prices.

On the positive, we all know the property remains 100% positive and Aguila/Pasa won't change. The Deposit is sitting there unchanged, just awaiting for someone to harness it's potential.,

I can't imagine anyone selling and losing God knows how much. Purhaps they bought in a .08 or so and doing a swing trade, pretty risky though. Why would anyone pick the bottom to sell?? It can and will go up from here.
