ok so to change the subject a little

-the last AGM for Duran was held October 16/08. According to sedar there is a meeting scheduled for next month June 30th. I did some digging and if I'm reading this correctly Duran doesn't need to have another meeting until 15 months after the last. It's been about 7 months. So why the meeting so soon? is there going to be a board change or something that qualifies this as a special meeting that needs to happen now? or am I just reading into this?

Annual general meetings

182 (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (5), a company must hold an
annual general meeting,

(a) for the first time, not more than 18 months after the date on
which it was recognized, and

(b) after its first annual reference date, at least once in each
calendar year and not more than 15 months after the annual
reference date for the preceding calendar year.
