I know that Duran and the shareholders sites are not one and the same. I was referencing the fact that duranventures.net no longer exists but can still be accessed through duranventures.proboards.com except that the home page that was on .net is not there.

It really has been a difficult day, expecially since I`m retiring next year. Fortunately, I have other investments but so many people were counting on this one. I have to be really honest though, if I were a potential new investor, I'd have gotten as far away from this stock as I could possibly get after reading the nastiness over the past 2 weeks. Something is happening and it likely ties in to the AGM - the timing is too conspicuous.
