Really, who cares if people sell. That should not be the reason for management delaying the listing. I would think if management really believed in their company and properties, they would list the stock as soon as possible and generate as much excitement as possible. Those that believe will be rewarded, those that don't get out and are never heard from again. The delay is a little suspicious however.
