Some of you posters need to take it easy and do more homework. All the information you are requesting had been mentioned at the AGM.

It was suggested to GB that MMM and DRV merge back into one company since MMM had all the cash and DRV had all the goods. GB laughed as he said it cost over 400k in various fees to seperate the two companies and he had no intentions of reverseing things at this point in time. As some of you appear to be very frustated with the delay in the listing, get in line with all the others. GB gave a list of reasons for the delay after delay which would appear at first that he was doing what was required and every time he completed one task they just added another one to the list. He said he felt all the ducks were finally in a row and that the new company should trade post Labor Day. The AGM was very disapointing for me and to be honest I felt deflated after the meeting and did not stay to inqire any further about DRV or MMM.

The game plan for DRV at the AGM and this may have all changed by now with the new CEO was to do another private placement and drill some new holes where they have had good surface samples of gold. They were sepeculating that if the holes were found to be better than average that this could create interest hence allowing to do a larger PP soon there after. Not much of a plan in my opinion but then again what do I know. For those who remember reading some of my post s in the past you will know that Ihave never been a GB fan. Not that I am jumping on the band wagon now but one almost felt sad to see him step down as CEO. Lets hope this is the begining of better things to come.

Hope this clarifies a few facts for those unable to attend the AGM.
