There are multiple 500 share blocks being purchased by BMO Nesbit.

The 500 share blocks are being traded about every 3 to 5 minutes.

It appears that someone with BMO Nesbitt is attempting to add significantly to their position slowly.

These low volume share blocks should give the purchaser a better opportunity to pick up the DRV shares at the low prices we are at now without pushing the share price up with one large block purchase.

This looks positive to me.
