My guess is these type of things take time. The price of the PP was probably determined many days prior to the announcement when the actual SP of DRV was in the teens. But this is purely a guess on my part.

Can the DRV people change the price of the PP after the fact? Can they say "Oops! We change our mind" ? I really don't know, just curious.
