MMI is out of cash. I'm betting GB can't list MMI until the SP of DRV goes up because MMI owns a lot of DRV shares. I doubt he'll list MMI until this happens. As well, he'll probably want to have some sort of drill result(s) from the Mexico property before listing the new MMI shares (folks need a reason to buy the darn shares once they're listed - I can think of a few reasons to sell however ;) )
