MacMillan Minerals Inc. (CNSX:MMX) announces that it intends to complete a private placement of up to $500,000. The financing will consist of up to 10,000,000 units at $0.05. Each unit will consist of one common share plus one warrant exercisable for one additional common share at $0.08 for up to 24 months after the closing date. The Company has reserved up to 20% of the financing for 4 insiders consisting of 3 directors and a senior officer. The Company expects to issue finder’s fees as allowed by the regulatory authorities. The private placement is expected to close on or by September 30, 2010.
