"DRV is a .09 stock."
I believe this is why several people dumped their long-held shares. DRV is cash-starved, and any future potential upside to aguila/pasacancha can only be termed as goodwill right now. Duran is going to have to raise cash in order to continue drilling, and since they have no real assets to speak of, other than goodwill in aguila/pasacancha, they will have to dilute the company in some way in order to raise cash. They can issue shares in various ways, or they can offer part ownership in profits of the properties in exchange for funds, etc. In short, they have to give something away, risking further share price erosion.
On the upside!?!, there's little left to erode if you're a long-time holder of the stock.
