I took the comment about the 4 million for an operating line to mean they will establish a non-nmp line. I don't think it would cost 4 million to keep one line operational and I don't think one line could supply all of the contracts they have. I really think this is their priority to get their process going to improve the battery and cut the costs dramatically. The Litacell was at 150 wh/kg initially (I think it has increased slightly since) using Litarions electrodes and Electrovaya's was well over 200 wh/kg but with a much lower cycle life. If the combination results in a cell with well over 200 wh/kg and a cycle life of over 9000 AND the cost is dramatically cut they will really have a large technical advantage.
