In the latest presentation and the qtr 3 docs, Electrovaya said they bought some more cell patents from Evonic.  My question is why?  They were producing product without owning theese patents. 

Was it just because they now have a little money to do so ??

Or,  Are they negotiating a JV and using their patents as their contribution to the JV.  Naturally the prospective JV partner would require they own the patents!  Just asking......
