That's what I ve been thinking the last 4 months. 
It's been soooo long, a material NR was absolutely inevitable, ... anyday now.
Bearing in mind, they won't PR any orders under the threshold of say, $1mil which leaves room for a lot of day to day sales and mid sized orders.

Now the question becomes, where are they? What's going on? Are customers holding back for some reason?

This is all a result of a complete vacuum of news. We're assuming sales are weak. The market appears to be assuming that also. Although I'll  speculate, the market has some inside leak from somewhere, someone.
