Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 30, 2009, with respect to Century Mining Corp.'s brokered private placement announced Sept. 15, 2009, Nov. 2, 2009, and Dec. 24, 2009, the exchange has been advised that the placee Ospraie Equity Master Fund LP is not an insider of the company.
