I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.
As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.
To this end:
1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.
2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Ross F. Burns
B.Sc., P.Geo. – Vice President, Exploration, Director
Ross Burns has served as a director and officer of numerous junior public mining companies in Canada. He held positions of exploration geologist and open pit mine geologist at a major Canadian mining company. Mr. Burns has directed exploration programs for gold and base metals throughout North America and has been responsible for the replacement and estimation of ore reserves at several mines.
William J.V. Sheridan
B.Comm., LL.B. – Secretary, Director
Bill Sheridan has been a partner in the law firm of Lang Michener LLP since 1970 and was managing partner from 1996 to 2002. He is an authority in mining law. Mr. Sheridan’s practice includes general corporate, commercial and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, mining and international joint ventures.
Richard Meschke
J.D., M.B.A., B.A. – Chief Financial Officer
Richard Meschke has extensive experience in completing acquisitions, optimizing operations and negotiating contracts. He has been employed in the engineering and construction industry as a senior commercial manager where he negotiated contracts up to $100 million in value. Mr. Meschke has held senior executive positions in the energy industry and was Vice President of Business Development at Amax Inc. a major metals and energy company.
Adrian C. McNutt
B.Sc. – Vice President, Operations
Adrian McNutt has extensive experience in production and management of both gold and base metal operations. He has carried out feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement and commissioning of plants, including the Kemess South gold-copper mine in British Columbia. He is responsible for the Company’s mining operations in Canada and Peru.
David D. Swisher
B.Sc. – Vice President
David Swisher has underground and surface mining experience in precious and industrial mineral operations, including the study of underground and surface mining techniques in Sweden. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in all facets of mining at the mine manager level. His experience includes the evaluation and implementation of mining methods, environmental, health and safety processes, maintenance best practices, operations optimization as a Six Sigma Black Belt, feasibility assessment and advanced behavioral instruction. Mr. Swisher has also successfully led numerous Labor Union negotiations to mutually agreeable results. Mr. Swisher is experienced in using various computer software applications for modeling underground and open pit mines.
Brent A. Jones
B.A. – Manager Investor Relations
Brent Jones has extensive experience in communications and investor relations for both private and publicly traded companies. During his time at Panasonic, Mr. Jones spent over five years developing and implementing one of the top investor relations programs in Japan, while dramatically expanding foreign ownership through institutional investors in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
