Century Mining agreement ending Lamaque royalties

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the sale and total and final release agreement dated Dec. 21, 2009, between Century Mining Corp. and Teck Resources Ltd., whereby both parties have agreed to eliminate all royalties and future payments that may affect portions of the Lamaque underground mine owned by Century Mining. In consideration, Century will issue 1.5 million common shares and make cash payments of $750,000 to Teck.
