Century Mining Corporation ("Century" or the "Company") (CMM) is pleased to report that the Cease Trade Orders (CTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Quebec Autorite Des Marches Financiers were revoked on May 17 and May 19, 2010, respectively, after the Company filed its 2009 Year End Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the period ended December 31, 2009 on May 14, 2010. Subsequently on May 21, the TSX Venture Exchange has advised that trading in the securities of the Company will be reinstated at the opening on Tuesday, May 25, 2010.

We are pleased to have this issue quickly resolved and the trading of our Company's securities reinstated.
