1st thing they did was Maggie spoke and apologized for Cease Trade Order. Apparently ausitors needed more time for info from Peru - things dont move fast in Peru - hence the 2 week delay - would love to hear Notie Girl comment if the explanation was suffice as she may have some experience in thie field.
