The problem was with the annual financials, never the quarterly results.

They released 1st Qtr on May 27th, and if you look at the history, they (and majority of other venture miners) release quarterly financials approximately 6-8 weeks after the quarter closes. So for Qtr 2, expect results the last week of August (23-27th) at latest.
