Amongst the remaining debris are her twelve million-odd shares and the corporate office located in her town of residence, Blaine, Washington in the good old USA.

This lame duck site of the corporate office seems a somewhat negative anomaly to me. Does anyone have any info to the effect it will be relocated to, say, Vancouver up the road a bit or the big smoky, Toronto?

Or is there any known reason for leaving it in the USA. I would think there must be procedural downsides to having it there, reporting and such.

Is Peggy Kent a silent partner?
