I think that's a good observation, Glorieux, but it should be noted that it is not the case that institutions are unaware of CMM, it is more that they are actively avoiding it due to missed deadlines, financial turbulence, the aftermath of the P.K. regime including the need to come up with a really credible CEO, etc.

So, for an institution to start breaking the ice, it will have to become satisfied that the upside outweighs a dubious history. When this occurs, hopefully there will be a rush for others to get on board while the huge discrepancy still exists between current share price levels and the actual indicated value.
