The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Nov. 9, 2010.
Shares: 5,555,555 flow-through shares
Price: 45 cents
Warrants: 2,777,778 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,777,778 shares
Exercise price: 60 cents for an 18-month period
Hidden placees: five
Finder's fee: Oberon Capital Corp. will receive $175,000 and 277,778 non-transferable compensation warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 45 cents for an 18-month period.
As per Peter, other one is also done, just paper work now. So selling should be done pretty soon, if you want more shares at 39 cents, better hurry up!
