Message: What does CMM and Polyus Gold have in Common?

Nobody wanted to buy us out before because not only was management in the Peggy era always over promising and under delivering but the Lamaque mine has proven to be a difficult mine to operate. I suspect people are waiting in the wings to make sure that the mine can now be operated efficiently and once that happens (we already seem to be on our way), then either we will have a rise in share price as the market realizes we are able to mine this, and be cash flow positive and into commercial production or we will be ripe for the picking.

We now have a mining engineer as a CEO, a very different tactic then the pump pump days of our old management. If we wanted to be more credible, I believe this was a very wise choice. If we do not get bought out, then we will make money by being ahead of the market. Either way, I see very limited downside here and great upside in the next few months.
