I am not sure where the 85 cent rumor came from but if there is a takeover in the works the stakeholders will never agree to anything under $1.00....and I suggest more in the $1.25 range.

You are 100% correct that even $1.25 is a steal which makes it all the more likely that Agnico-Eagle will have something to say before this is over.

Unfortunately the shareholders are often the losers when takeovers occur before the company has a chance to really prove their worth...as per Freewest Resources.
